Can I use Dueo on my own?
Dueo currently opens a shared space that can be started by one person. You can plan there while you decide whether to invite a partner.
Do we need a shared bank account?
No. Dueo does not connect to a bank or move money. It keeps the plans and records you choose to add in one place.
How do partner invitations work?
One person creates our space and sends a six-character invitation code or an email invitation. Your partner signs in with Apple or Google before joining.
How do suggestions work?
Receipt reading and smart suggestions create drafts for you to review. Dueo does not record a payment or change a financial record until you choose to save it.
Which devices are supported?
Dueo is built for iPhone, iPad and Android. Access is currently through invited TestFlight and Google Play internal testing.
How does the once-off purchase work?
The price is R199 once off for one shared space, so both members can use it. Paid access has not launched: Apple checkout is in testing and Android checkout is still being set up. Existing invited testers keep access during the beta.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Delete it from Dueo settings, or use the account deletion page without reinstalling the app. Your partner keeps their shared records while they remain a member.
