Terms of use

These terms apply to Dueo’s iOS and Android apps and website. By using Dueo, you agree to use it lawfully and only share information you are authorised to share.

A planning tool

Dueo records information you enter. It does not connect to a bank, move money, provide financial advice or guarantee that a plan can be afforded. Check amounts, dates, AI suggestions and receipt details before relying on them.

Our space

Information added to a shared space is visible to its other member. Keep your sign-in account and invitation codes secure. Access may be limited when a session expires, membership changes or a service is unavailable.

Availability and beta access

Dueo is currently distributed to invited testers. Beta software can change and may contain faults. Store availability, purchases and restore behavior depend on the applicable Apple or Google service.

Purchases

The price is R199 once off for access to one shared space, with both members sharing that space’s entitlement. Paid access has not launched: Apple checkout is in testing and Android checkout is still being set up. The store shows the final local price and handles payment. Refunds follow the store’s process and applicable law. A refund or revocation does not erase existing records.

Your content and account

You keep responsibility for what you add. Dueo may process it only to provide and protect the service as described in the privacy policy. You can leave a space or delete your account. Your partner may retain shared records while they remain a member.
